24/7 Assistance

If you have trouble on the road (accident, puncture, battery, theft, etc.), we send roadside assistance to repair your bike on the spot or to tow it to your home or to a repairer.
Replacement bike
You can benefit from a replacement bike, for the time between the standstill and the end of the bike's repairs at a repair shop, as long as the repair of the bike takes more than 24 hours.
Exclusions
- The assistance guarantee is valid in Belgium and 20 km outside of the Belgium borders.
- The cost of renting a replacement bike is limited to 15€ per day and for a maximum of 3 consecutive days.
Details about the coverages
The bike insurance contract is entered into for a period of one year. It shall be tacitly renewed a maximum of four times (or less if your bike reaches 6 years old) for consecutive periods of one year, unless one of the parties objects within the time limit.
When you select your bike insurance (Basic or Premium), the annual premium, based on the value and type of bike chosen, appears. You can finalise the purchase of your bike insurance when youare checking out and proceeding to the payment for your bike.
The Bike insurance is a non-life insurance product (Branch 3 for theft and material damage cover - Branch 18 for assistance).
The insurance contract is subject to Belgian law.
